  11. Here's my mom's Lemon Bar recipe

  13. Crust:  1 cup flour
  14.         1/4 cup powdered sugar
  15.         1/2 cup butter
  16.         
  17.         Mix like pie crust, pat into 8x8'' pan.
  18.         Bake 15 minutes at 350.
  19.  
  20. Filling:
  21.         1 beaten egg
  22.         1 cup sugar
  23.         juice of one lemon
  24.         grated rind (dark yellow) of one lemon
  25.         1/4 cup flour
  26.         1/2 tsp baking powder
  27.  
  28.         Pur on baked crust and bake 20 minutes at 350.
  29.         Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
  30.  
  31. If you are really fond of lemon (I am), you can double the lemon juice
  32. and add extra flour to compensate.
